Solexir-300PRS Series are standard photoresist stripper products with a pH range of 13 to 15.
Application:
Solexir-300PRS series are unique photoresist strippers with a pH range of 13 to 15. These photoresist strippers usually are used for removing photoresist layer when it is very thick or when it is baked in high temperatures under a long baking time.
Cleaning process:
- Depending on the nature and physical characteristics of photoresist (such as photoresist layer thickness, its baking temperature and baking time) the process temperature of Solexir-3ooPRS is varied from 30 to 70 degree C.
- Mechanically agitating of these cleaning solutions, or applying sonication system during cleaning process is highly recommended.
- It must be noted that the stripping process depends on the cleaning process temperature and exposure time.
