Description:
Solexir-200PRS Series are standard photoresist stripper products with a pH range of 6 to 12.
Application:
In presence of any pH sensitive layer (such as Aluminum), Solexir-2ooPRS is used to strip any photoresist layer. The application temperature range is between 30 to 70 degree C.
Cleaning process:
- Depending on the nature and physical characteristics of photoresist (such as photoresist layer thickness, its baking temperature and baking time) the process temperature of Solexir-2ooPRS is varied from 30 to 70 degree C.
- Mechanically agitating of these cleaning solutions, or applying sonication system during cleaning process is highly recommended.
- It must be noted that the stripping process depends on the cleaning process temperature and exposure time.
