Solexir Nickel etchant series, Ni-110A, Ni-110B and Ni-110S, are acidic solutions with different etch rates and surface tensions. Due to existence of complex structural layers under Nickel thin films for some electronic devices, Solexir offers its customers (case-by-case), a customized Nickel etchant solution.
Application:
Majority of Solexir Nickel etchant applications are for devices which have metal layers that display chemical characteristics similar to that of Nickel. For more information, please contact us.
Cleaning process:
- Process Temperature is about 30 to 35 degrees C.
- Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution by Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
