Solexir-100PRS Series are standard photoresist stripper products with a pH of about 1.
Application:
In absence of any metal layer, Solexir-1ooPRS with pH around 1 is used to strip any photoresist layer. The application temperature range is between 25 to 120 degree C.
Cleaning process:
- Depending on the nature and physical characteristics of photoresist (such as photoresist layer thickness, its baking temperature and baking time) the process temperature of Solexir-1ooPRS is varied from 25 to 120 degree C.
- Mechanically agitating of these cleaning solutions, or applying sonication system during cleaning process is highly recommended.
- It must be noted that the stripping process depends on the cleaning process temperature and exposure time.
