Solexir Copper etchant series, Cu-110A, Cu-110B and Cu-110S, are made of mixture of acidic solutions with different each rates and surface tensions. Due to existence of complex structural layers under Copper thin films for some electronic devices, Solexir offers its customers case-by-case a customized Copper etchant solution.
Application:

Cleaning process:
- Process temperature is about room temperature.
- Mechanically agitating the cleaning solution by Sonication or use of spray system is highly recommended.
