Description:
Solexir-CA7200 solution is a basic organic solution with a pH around 12. It is very well water rinseable. Particles will be removed by this solution through zeta potential force and neutralization process. This solution not only can remove loose particles, it can also clean fingerprints and oil spots.
Application:
Removing electrostatic contaminated particles and oil spots from cassette or wafers disks holders.
Process:
1- Spray warm Solexir-CA7200 cleaning solution on the cassettes 1 to 2 minutes
2- Rinse cassette with warm Di-water, using spray tool
3- Dry and package the cassette in a particle free environment.
